Jellinek is credited with many advancements in the field as well as this chart of the progression of the disease and recovery. Click on the chart for a larger image which you can then use as a tool for your own self examination, particularly with regard to Step 1 of AA's 12 steps. Starting on the left and going down, reflect on how many of these symptoms you have experienced.
